The following conditions apply:

Delivery is available worldwide.

 

Shipping Costs (including VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

We charge a flat shipping rate of €3.95 per order.

For orders over €70.00, shipping is free of charge.

 

International deliveries:

We charge the following flat shipping rates:

  • Austria: €4.95

  • Switzerland: €6.95

 

Shipping costs for the following countries are €3.95:

Andorra, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, San Marino, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Vatican City, United Kingdom, Cyprus

 

For orders over €70.00, shipping to Switzerland is free of charge.

For orders over €70.00, shipping to all other countries is free of charge.

 

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise stated in the product description,

delivery within Germany takes 3–5 business days,

and 3–7 business days for international deliveries after conclusion of the contract

(or after receipt of payment in the case of advance payment).

 

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship all items together in one parcel,

unless otherwise agreed. The delivery time will then be determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order.
