Refund policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you took possession of the goods.

Your statement must clearly express your decision to withdraw from the contract. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice before the fourteen-day period has expired.

Return of Goods

After we receive your withdrawal notice, you have a further fourteen days to return the goods to us. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.

Return Instructions

To ensure correct processing of your return, please include a written note with the following information: your name and address, your order number, and whether you are requesting a withdrawal or an exchange. Without these details, processing of your return may be delayed.

Condition of Returned Goods

Returned goods must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in a resaleable condition. You are liable for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Effects of Withdrawal

Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will reimburse all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Personalized products: Goods made to individual specifications (e.g. with names, dates, or custom configurations) are excluded from withdrawal. Once a personalized product has entered production, withdrawal is no longer possible. Customers are responsible for carefully checking all personalization details before completing their order.
  • Discounted surprise items from promotional sales.

Notice for Customers Outside the EU

Switzerland: EU withdrawal rights do not apply to customers with a delivery address in Switzerland. All sales are final. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.

USA and other non-EU countries: Customers outside the European Union do not have a statutory right of withdrawal. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us directly at info@theshirtfather.de.
